He is a barrister, solicitor and Notary Public. He is known for his straight forwardness, honesty, simplicity and cost effective legal advice. His practice includes a wide Variety of Commercial and Real Estate Laws focusing on clients and their Estate Planning needs.

Mr Mody has been licensed to practice Law since 1970 .

Mr. Mody has provided legal assistance to the Mississauga and Brampton area.

He helps people by providing guidance & Referrals, which is an important part of his practice, that wise people Trust him.

He advises Real Estate investors on purchase, sale of properties, mortgage, refinance and structured debt reduction. He has written articles on various subjects.

He used to teach Bar Admission Course in Real Estate. He has participated in the Peel District School Board Co-Operative education programes. He has successfully encouraged and guided staff to become a lawyer and a paralegal. Both the staff members are the memebers of Law Society.
